Privacy
OnSFX Beta privacy notice. Last updated 10 August 2026. This page explains what OnSFX processes during the closed beta and how to request deletion.
Who operates the beta
OnSFX Beta is operated by the OnSFX project. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to codeislav@gmail.com.
Account and website data
When you register, we store your username, email address, optional Discord or Telegram contact, application and approval status, feedback, and the invite assigned to your account. WordPress stores your password as a password hash. The beta backend stores a hashed invite identifier, credit ledger, operation history, and technical diagnostics.
What the plugin sends
OnSFX processes only the timeline material selected for an operation. For GPT analysis, the original video file is not uploaded: the plugin sends prepared frames up to 768 px, required audio, and timeline metadata. For Gemini analysis, the plugin creates a local 720p proxy and uploads that proxy with the required metadata. Generation sends the approved sound plan, prompts, timecodes, and settings to the selected provider.
Service providers
Depending on the operation you choose, required data is processed by OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, or ByteDance under their own service and retention terms. We do not sell account data or media and do not use submitted media for advertising.
Storage and retention
Temporary input media is removed after a successful analysis, and stale temporary uploads are cleaned automatically. Generated audio may be retained temporarily for download or reuse and must not be treated as a permanent backup. Saved analyses, credit records, operation history, diagnostics, and technical logs may be retained for the duration of the beta. Retention windows can change as the beta infrastructure evolves.
Your choices
Use only material you are allowed to process and do not submit confidential client work without permission. You may request deletion of your account and retained beta data by email. Data is removed where technically possible; encrypted backups expire through the normal backup rotation.
Security
Administrative access is limited to the OnSFX team. No online service can promise absolute security, so keep your invite private and download generated results you need to keep.
